I went through facebook groups and google and found this company with great review and indeed a legit company! Tried applying and blessed to worked with the team, they guided me all through the process until I got my amazing client where I worked as an Administrative Assistant. It was a very smooth flow and they were able to explain me their hiring process. And I would say this is a fast-paced interview so far and very professional!

I've done my research about outsourcing like a boss and I found out that they are looking for a Virtual Assistant for an Australian client so I applied, it went smooth from the application form to interview, I am sending quotations, invoices, follow up emails, scheduling and I learned it all in my one month training, other interviews I had is too formal having so many questions that are not related in the job but when I had an interview in OLAB it is just a casual talk and very comfortable that you will not get nervous.
