If you are looking for a company with a lack of attention to detail and one that doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes, this is the one for you. Paid $550 for 500 business calendar magnets and have found the dates in the whole of March are incorrect except for one day. Their responses by phone and email only laid the blame with us for not checking the proofs but we were not made aware the calendar section was done by hand and only reviewed the colours and artwork surrounding the calendar. That they enter dates by hand is also a concerning lack of systems and technology for a printing company. Recommend going elsewhere for your printing needs.
